D Pharma full form is Diploma in Pharmacy. D Pharma course is a 2-year diploma-level course in the field of Pharmacy that trains students in various aspects of pharmaceutical science, including pharmacy practice, pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry, and pharmacognosy. D Pharma course aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to work as pharmacy technicians or assistants in pharmacies, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and other healthcare settings.

To be eligible for a D Pharma course is based on merit as well as entrance exams. D Pharma course can be pursued after completing Class 12 in the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects with 50%. The average D Pharma course fees range between INR 10,000 and INR 1,00,000. Usually, admission to D Pharma course is based on Class 12 scores merit, however, some colleges also accept D Pharma course entrance exam scores such as JEECUP, CUET, GUJCET, NEET, etc. There are various courses in Pharmacy such as D Pharma course, B Pharma, M Pharma and PharmD. 

Once graduated with a D Pharma course, candidates can opt for job profiles such as Pharmacists, Medical Transcriptionists, Pharmaceutical Executives, Laboratory Assistants, Laboratory Scientists, etc. The average salary that a D Pharma course candidates earn ranges between INR 2 LPA and INR 4.2 LPA.
